The much anticipated KITTY LAB event has come and gone. Hmm.. what can I say about the event...too much hype, a little disappointed, but nonetheless it was CUTE. An interesting experience, but it wasn't worth 120HKD. Once was enough for me, but for those die hard Hello Kitty fans, the event must've felt extraordinary.
KITTY LAB was about creating your personal Hello Kitty. Upon entering the main venue, it felt like an animated Hello Kitty city. You were directed to start at a certain station, whether it be hair, school, or clothing store..etc. Short games were played and you get to pick your hello kitty gear if you win, but failing would result in random selection. My Hello Kitty turned out horrendous.. it was a disappointment. At the end, you only got an ID card print out of your creation. I was expecting a FREAKIN DOLL!!! I wanted much more out of it! ARGH.
This was a NO CAMERA event, but people took pictures anyways with their Digital SLR cameras. LOL

This is what I love about Hong Kong! Hello Kitty CONVENTION!!! 35th Anniversary.
Oh, how I remember my sticker books, mechanical lead pencils, spiral note books, and multi-colored pens. I will take loads of pictures on Tuesday when I go with Miki. :)
The convention starts today and there is already news about a fight that went on between two ladies while waiting in line.
OH MY!! People don't play nice..oh Hello Kitty fanatics!
